About TCRC

We are a club for open and masters athletes. We meet once a week, Tuesday nights at 5:15 pm, throughout the year for track and road workouts. A secondary workout is assigned to club athletes to do on their own or in small groups, as well as a long run. We train to race!

Tuesday night workouts generally range from 8-10 miles including warmup and cooldown. Men’s paces: 4:30-6:00 min per mile, Women’s paces: 5:30-7:00 min per mile.

Mission statement

As a competitive running club, we strive to strengthen the local running community by providing training and racing opportunities for post-collegiate athletes, both open and masters, by creating new youth training and racing events, and by supporting running initiatives in the greater Puget Sound area.
